Medical Laboratory Sciences Program Director The College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics at the University of Toledo seeks to fill a 12-month Medical Laboratory Program Director position. This position has primary responsibilities in overseeing the NAACLS accredited undergraduate Medical Laboratory Science program, including but not limited to curriculum, development and execution of short and long-term objectives/strategies to strengthen the program, oversight and recruitment of program faculty/staff, oversight of student recruitment, advising and success in the program and maintaining NAACLS accreditation standards. The Program Director will also be appointed to a non-tenure track faculty appointment. The Program Director will also teach in the program, and advise prospective and enrolled students in the program. The successful candidate will hold a ASCP-BOC or ASCPi-BOC generalist certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist, have an earned masters or doctorate, a minimum of 3 years experience teaching and a knowledge of education methods, administration and current NAACLS accreditation procedures and certification.
