Job Description:

This role contributes to the fulfillment of the University's mission and vision by serving as a territory/population lead for a specified recruitment region/focus. This position will research assigned territories/populations in order to plan and facilitate strategies to attract potential students to apply to the University. This position will offer assistance to individual students with regard to the admission process. Use data-driven methods to determine within the assigned territory/population, which high schools, community colleges, cities and fairs in which to recruit. Identify prospective students who meet The University of Toledo student profile while building relationships with major influencers including parents, high school counselors, community members, community college partners, influential alumni, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Two years of progressively responsible experience in admissions, enrollment management, recruitment, higher education, sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and other technology systems used to support recruitment and enrollment operations.
• Commitment to providing excellent service and fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for all prospective students and families.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience planning, implementing, and assessing recruitment, enrollment, outreach, and student
engagement initiatives.
• Knowledge of adult, dual enrollment, international, military-affiliated, online, and/or transfer
admissions.
• Experience using enrollment management systems, student information systems, and Constituent
Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects, facilitating training, mentoring peers, or
coordinating programs or initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with students, families,
school counselors, community partners, faculty, and staff.
