Join a mission‑driven academic medical center and play a key role in advancing cardiac quality and outcomes. The Program Coordinator, Cardiac Registry & Cardiac Quality supports cardiac, heart failure, and open‑heart programs through management of clinical registry data, performance improvement analytics, and regulatory readiness. This role partners closely with physicians, nursing, quality, and operational leaders to analyze cardiac outcomes, support Morbidity & Mortality review, prepare leadership reports, and ensure accurate submission to national cardiac registries (e.g., ACC/NCDR). Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, registry or quality improvement experience, and a passion for using data to improve patient care.
