ATTENTION ALL BSN2 UToledo NURSING STUDENTS! The UToledo Student Nurse Extern program is part of a 2-credit hour Independent Study for UToledo BSN Students in their semester off. This elective will consist of at least 60 hours of unique clinical observations and weekly discussions with UToledo Nursing Faculty about their immersion experiences. UToledo Student Nurse Externs will receive additional clinical experience by participating in direct patient care as a Nurse Assistant and earn 24 hours of Nursing Assistant pay each week.
