Job Description:

This position will be responsible for completing daily call center operations. The call center focuses on making outbound calls to support the re-enrollment of UToledo students and other call needs of the university. The primary goal will be to encourage and assist these students in returning to the university to complete their degrees. This position will be responsible for completing an assigned number of calls per hour/shift, documenting the call outcomes, and providing student customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in helping others achieve their academic goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/experience:
• High School Diploma
Communication and other skills:
• Good written and verbal communication required
• Effective Decision-making and problem-solving skills required
• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to keep organized and accurate records.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Adhere to FERPA and university policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education/experience:
• Customer Service Experience Preferred
Communication and other skills:
• Call center experience preferred.
