Job Description:
The Graduate Programs Coordinator provides operational support and administrative coordination for
executive and globally focused graduate programs within the John B. and Lillian E. Neff College of Business
& Innovation (Neff COBI). The programs include the Executive MBA, international MBA and MABA
partnerships, and other executive or global graduate programs developed in collaboration with partner
institutions.
This position coordinates program operations, supports academic advising services, coordinates recruitment
and admissions processes, and facilitates collaboration among partner institutions, faculty, students, and
university offices. This position ensures the effective execution of internal and external processes that
promote student success, retention, and degree completion.
Serving as a central liaison, the role works closely with the Associate Dean for Graduate Programs &
Research, partner institutions, and campus stakeholders to maintain program quality, support cohort
delivery, and enhance the overall graduate student experience. This position also assists with coordination
of international travel for faculty and students associated with these programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Experience/Licensure:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
Communication and other skills:
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and
international partners.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong professional and communication abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally, if needed
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with international student services, academic advising, program management, or a
related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of higher education admissions, global programs and curriculum coordination is strongly
preferred.
