Job Description:

The seasonal orientation employee is responsible for assisting the Director and Assistant Director of New Student Orientation Programs in their efforts to continually seek opportunities to enhance our ability to deliver student-centered programming that fosters collaboration across departments while providing an inviting, welcoming, and informative first look for new students and their family members at the University of Toledo.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/experience/licensing:

· Bachelor’s degree required


Communication and other skills:

· Welcoming, engaging attitude with a commitment to customer service

· Experience working with both residential and commuter students

· Understanding and appreciation of diversity, equity, and inclusion

· Flexibility and multitasking
