Job Description:

Under the direction and supervision of the Principle Investigator (PI), the lab research tech will perform wet laboratory experiments with a focus on cell culture and assessment of lead drug compounds. Ordering supplies and passaging cell lines will also be part of the wet laboratory duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education/experience/licensing:

A bachelor’s degree undergraduate Science degree is required.

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.

Ability to read and write common vocabulary and perform arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide, calculate fractions).

Ability to follow work direction.

Ability to use personal computer and common office equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in wet laboratory research is preferred.
