Job Description:
The Program Manager for the Rocket Kids’ program will be responsible for the recruitment efforts, help with administrative tasks for the program (interviewing students, helping with placements, assisting with trainings for the field), and provide support for the program’s interns. Will manage the program’s database to keep track of intern daily contact, recruitment, enrollment, placement, and onboarding stages.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field is required.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in program or project work.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite, Zoom, and texting proficiency is required.
• Ability to pass a federal background check.
• Ability to work with diverse individuals and teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent public relations, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in using office software, online booking platforms, and other relevant tools is preferred.
• Experience in a higher education setting preferred.
