Job Description:
This position supports university-wide research and analysis for the Office of Student Financial Aid. The position researches, collects, interprets, analyzes, and reports on a variety of data for administrative decision-making, institutional effectiveness and improvement purposes, and compliance with higher education laws, policies, accreditation standards, and regulations.
A proven strategic and analytical thinker, this position needs to operate with a high degree of independence, decision-making capabilities, judgment, consistency, and relationship building. They must be able to handle and prioritize multiple projects at once, interpret computer science language, be proficient with and knowledgeable of data analysis methodology all while demonstrating excellent customer service and strong communication skills when working with students, staff, and community partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Three years of financial aid experience
• Experience with Access and Excel required
• Experience with Banner required
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree preferred
