Job Description:

Will help to establish one line of scientific inquiry in the lab leading to expansion of funding for the project. Will assist in training new researchers in the lab, allowing those students to become proficient and productive at an accelerated rate. Will assist in maintaining records and reports to allow regulatory compliance and budgetary responsibility. Will assist in animal experiments.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/experience/licensing:
· Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry or related chemistry discipline
· Experience in synthetic organic chemistry

Communication and other skills:
· Evidence of good verbal and written communication
· Experience in writing formal reports
· Ability to work independently
