Job Description:

Manages the day-to-day activities of the assigned departments at UTMC. Responsible for the quality of nursing services rendered, patient satisfaction as well as the human and fiscal resources of these areas.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Active RN licensure in state of Ohio is required.
2. BSN or actively pursuing with a minimum of three (3) years of applicable experience, (five [5] years of experience working in a management role in the department setting may be considered in lieu of educational requirement).
3. Previous leadership and or supervisory experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior management experience in the Operating Room preferred.
2. MSN preferred.
