Job Description:

This position is responsible for assisting with the administration of testing at the Memorial Field House Testing Center.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/experience/licensing:
• Advanced computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multi task and maintain composure in a high-stress environment
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting and budgeting
• Knowledge of accessibility and student accommodations
• Knowledge of FERPA
• Familiarity with NCTA guidelines
Communication and other skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to work with diverse students and faculty
• Some evening hours may be required
