Job Description:

 The Position will support the Computers and Audio-Visual equipment in all the Main Campus General Purpose classrooms. Priority areas of support would be all hardware and software that is part of the computers, imaging, deployment, daily monitoring and training of users.  Also, hardware and wiring of all the Audio Visual components including installation, troubleshooting, repair, replacement and training.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/experience/licensing:
• Associate Degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of technology support
• Additional Certifications Preferred: A+

Communication and other skills:
• Ability to work under pressure in a classroom environment
• Strong communication skills which bridge gap between “tech talk” and a non-tech question/need
• Ability to work with a diverse group of customers
• Ability to prioritize demands

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in a related field is Preferred.
