Job Description:

The Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) in the College of Engineering at The University of Toledo (UToledo) in Toledo, Ohio invites applications for an Assistant Lecturer with an anticipated starting term of Fall 2024. All areas in the field of Computer Science will be considered. The successful candidate will be expected to teach courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels.

A complete application packet must include: (1) cover letter; (2) curriculum vitae; (3) teaching statement and a list of courses the candidate is able to teach (two pages); and (4) full contact information for three or more professional references, including affiliation, job title, email, and phone number. Minimum Qualifications:

A Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or closely related field is required at the time of employment.
Demonstrated excellent capabilities or potential in teaching.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Ph.D. degree in Computer Science is preferred.
