Job Description:
This Administrator Research Coordinator (ARC) position provides faculty support to the Vice Chair of Research in Psychiatry along with other research faculty in the department. The position helps prepares grants, IRB applications, and other documents required for research proposals. The ARC position must have excellent writing and grammar skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Four year degree (science-related major preferred)
• Two years work experience using Microsoft Office products.
• Work experience or college experience using online databases for literature searches.
• Experience in editing and proofreading academic writing
• Experience in medical terminology
Preferred Qualifications:
• Work experience in reconciling accounts and purchasing card management, or Concur
experience preferred
• Experience in a university research environment preferred
• Experience working in mental health field strongly preferred
• Work experience in IRB and EndNote preferred
