The Summer Student Research Assistant will assist with general laboratory and field-based research activities in support of ongoing environmental health and biomedical research projects. The position is intended to provide supervised exposure to research methods, laboratory organization, environmental sample handling, field data collection, and basic research support activities. This position has no clinical component. The student will not provide clinical care, interact with patients or clinical research participants, perform clinical procedures, access medical records, access protected health information, or participate in any activity requiring clinical training or licensure.
