Job Description:

Provides nursing care for patients under the direction of a registered nurse or physician. The LPN assists in the implementation of the delivery of health care services, assists fellow employees in providing the highest quality personalized patient care, and maintains a positive work relationship with the health care team. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) order entry for medication, laboratory or radiology may be completed when delegated.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing with current registration with the
State of Ohio Board of Nursing.
2. Must be willing to rotate shifts and units.
3. LPN's hired after January 19, 1990 must hold NAPNES or OOPNA medication card.
1. 4. Obtain and maintain active certification from the American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS required. Will accept at time of hire only American Red Cross "CPR for Professional Rescuers".
