Job Description:
The Department of Economics at the University of Toledo invites applications for a lecturer position beginning Fall 2025. The lecturer is expected to teach a mix of face-to-face and online courses during the Fall and Spring semesters. The successful candidate shall have a background in Economics or related field and shall teach principles of macroeconomics, principles of microeconomics, and upper-level undergraduate economics courses. The specific assignment of upper-level courses shall depend on the department needs in applied microeconomics courses, applied macroeconomics courses, and econometrics, and the candidate's training and teaching experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
An MA in Economics or related field is required. Candidate must demonstrate the capacity for high-quality instruction.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior teaching at the college level is preferred, especially at the principles level.
