Job Description:

Produce financial reports for hospital administration and departmental managers, assist in analyzing hospital department budgets, responsible for preparing, analyzing and reporting accurate financial information for all Pharmacy departments, assist with the development of new initiatives, and completion of financial analysis projects as requested. General management and supervision of analysts, which include, but are not limited to, providing and demonstrating task instructions, keeping attendance, and measuring key performance indicators.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/experience/licensing:
• Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or a directly related field.
• Requires three years of directly related work experience in Healthcare Accounting, including revenue cycle processes, budgeting and variance analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prefers Master’s Degree in Hospital or Business Administration.
