Job Description:

The Program Manager, Accreditation and Assessment will oversee all aspects of accreditation and assessment as follows:
• Ensures that the College is in compliance with state and national requirements for initial and advance licensure programs.
• Completes annual college accreditation reports.
• Provides student and program data summaries to faculty and administration in preparing reports.
• Ensures the ongoing collection and management of assessment and accreditation data including, but not limited to student surveys, field evaluations, collection of teacher, administrator and supervisor feedbacks.
• Provide leadership with University administrators, faculty and staff regarding assessment and accreditation issues on an ongoing basis.
• Liaison between the University and state, national and professional entities regarding emerging issues

This position maintains national accreditation for the college and state-level program approval for educator licensure.

The Program Manager, Accreditation and Assessment reports directly to the Dean of the department and provides work direction to the Field Coordinator, Field Supervisors, Department Secretaries, Dean's Office Secretaries and the Carver Center Director. The position does not have any direct reports.

This position works in a professional office environment with possible high stress levels and have the capacity to multi - task. This position will require sitting, computer use for long periods of time, intermittent standing, walking, stooping, bending and lifting.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree required in Educator Preparation, measurement or related field.
1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
Working knowledge of state/national standards for educator preparation in higher education.
Organization, timeliness, and attention to detail.
Ability to respond quickly and accurately to external reporting requests for information through multiple data sources.
