A Research Assistant position is available in the DePoy lab to aid in our work investigating the role of circadian rhythms in animal models of psychiatric disorders, specifically substance use. Under the direction and supervision of the Principal Investigator, the Research Assistant will manage the mouse colony and assist in the generation of mice with developmental circadian rhythm disruption, as well as undertake behavior, immunohistochemistry, microscopy and molecular experiments.

A position is available for a postdoctoral fellow to perform translational biomedical research studies (50% effort) and assist in teaching data science course and content (50% effort). Research experience may be in silico (data science, biomedical informatics, or clinical informatics) or wet laboratory focused. Experience as a user of bioinformatics is desirable. Successful applicants will also have a strong background in writing, publishing manuscripts, and contributing to grant applications, as well as teaching experience.
