Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for overseeing all phases of the recruitment lifecycle, from proactive sourcing and pipeline development to driving effective recruitment strategies that align with the university's goals. This role involves close collaboration with leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand business and departmental needs, ensuring that recruitment efforts are tailored to attract top-tier talent. The Talent Acquisition Partner will implement innovative, data-driven recruitment strategies, continuously assessing the recruitment process to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-fill.
In addition to attracting the best candidates, this position ensures a seamless and positive candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication throughout the process. The Talent Acquisition Partner will also be responsible for advising hiring managers on interview best practices, supporting the development of standardized onboarding processes, and ensuring that job requirements and expectations are clearly communicated to candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/experience/licensing:
· Bachelor’s degree Human Resources, Business or related field required.
· Minimum of (2) years experience conducting full life cycle recruiting, including experience with proactive sourcing using social media and other recruitment tools.
· Minimum of (5) five years Human Resources or related field is preferred.
· Proficient with analytical and statistical tools and PC programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
· Knowledge of current recruitment principles, procedures, techniques and best practices.
· Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
· Experience with managing a high-volume portfolio of recruitment across various functions and levels, including senior level roles.
· Knowledge of relevant employment laws and compensation practices.
· Must be flexible and willing to be on-site and network off-site to assist and coordinate candidate experience.
· Experience in a University and/or clinical setting preferred.
· Experience with collective bargaining agreements and their impact on hiring processes preferred.
