Job Description:
The Graduate Programs Enrollment Management Coordinator will serve as a liaison between the Neff COBI and prospects, applicants and admitted students in all graduate programs in Neff COBI (i.e., MBA, MABA, MSA, pipeline and dual/joint degree programs). They will work with different group of prospects, applicants and admitted student including domestic (direct from undergraduate and working professionals) and international students. Their efforts will focus on all aspects related to the enrollment funnel management, application processing and admissions. This person is expected to enact a strong and supportive foundation for prospective students and applicants by providing accurate, timely, and relevant information throughout the funnel and admission cycle. This role is of critical importance, as it will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, and this individual will be expected to usher prospects through the application and admission process. The position will create and execute a lead nurturing process that yields increased applications and enrollments. They will coordinate and manage graduate programs admission events; inform prospects of admission criteria and eligibility, guide applicants through the application and admission process; coordinate on-campus and virtual graduate programs admission. Liaison with Neff COBI and UToledo offices and other colleges (e.g., Undergraduate Advising, BCP, alumni association, Graduate Admissions office, UToledo Marketing and Communications) and Associate Dean for Graduate Programs and Research to coordinate enrollment funnel management efforts for all Neff COBI graduate programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of professional experience
• Public speaking ability.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong analytical, organization and prioritization, project management, listening, customer service, presentation, interpersonal, networking and public relations skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for large group presentations, one-on-one phone interaction, in-person, and electronic communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Is a team player who brings out the best in others
• Is highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and demonstrate eagerness to learn new things while maintaining a positive and flexible demeanor.
• Information technology aptitude, a demonstrated ability to learn and leverage software systems.
• Ability to maintain a strong work ethic in a performance-driven and results-oriented environment.
• Ability to track multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced and multi-system environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office software, WebEx and with using complex software tools – MS Teams, CRM systems, Slate and/or similar tools.
• Flexibility to occasionally work outside of the normal 8:15-5 workday.
• Must have transportation for occasional regional travel.
