Job Description:

Oversees day-to-day operations and monitors workload on third shift. Performs testing in all core laboratories, which include coagulation, hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, blood bank, microbiology, and specimen processing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• MLS(ASCP) Certification or equivalent required.
• Baccalaureate degree from accredited institution required.
• Minimum 1-year supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively solve multiple problems, staffing issues, and troubleshooting preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with people required.
