Job Description:

Maintains standards of professional nursing practice and coordinates point of care testing for patients with consideration of their specific age needs and resources on the Mobile Health Unit. Responsible for the development and administration of efficient and Professional operations of Mobile Health Unit in accordance with UTMC policies. Provides for and delivers health and safety programs to communities the Mobile Health Unit is taken. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with other health care professionals. Assist with all aspects of health services, competencies, customer services and quality improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio required.
2. Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
3. Current BLS certified required.
4. Certified Occupational Health Nurse required.
5. DOT Certification required.
6. Occupational Health Nursing experience preferred.
7. Must have and maintain a valid Ohio driver’s license and be insurable under The University of Toledo driver and insurance policy.
8. Must pass written test to operate and drive the Mobile Health Unit.
9. Must be able to function autonomously utilizing on-site training and demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, clinical confidence, and computer competence.

Preferred Qualifications:

Occupational Health Nursing experience preferred.
