Job Description:
The Manager provides oversight and coordination of the daily clinical activities of the Respiratory Care staff, Blood Gas Lab clinical staff, and Pulmonary Disease Navigator. The Manager is responsible for assuring staff members are technically competent and provide quality services in a safe, effective, and timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/experience/licensing:
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), as recognized by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
• Current State Medical Board of Ohio Respiratory Care Professional license.
• A minimum of two years clinical experience in an acute care respiratory environment.
• Previous experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.
• BLS Certification in CPR through the American Heart Association. Will accept American Red Cross BLS Certification at time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care (BSRC) preferred.
