Job Description:
The Coordinator of Board Operations provides administrative support for the University of Toledo Board of Trustees and the UToledo Health Board.
The Coordinator of Board Operations is responsible for the central coordination of all functions and activities of the UToledo Board of Trustees and UToledo Health Board offices. Provides organizational communication and strategy implementation at the highest level with a wide range of individuals both within UToledo, UToledo Health, and members of the Board of Trustees. Ensures that sufficient documentation is maintained to meet legal requirements and serves as custodian of board records. Certifies bylaws, keeps accurate meeting minutes, coordinates board communication, and maintains membership records.
Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalency of found (4) years of related experience is required.
•Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in progressively responsible administrative support positions.
•Accuracy in typing and proofreading and a firm command of grammar and English usage are essential.
•Experience working as a board professional, operations coordinator or executive administrative support is preferred
•Exceptional skills.
•This position requires balancing and influencing multiple competing priorities and individuals.
•This position requires strong emotional intelligence and sound judgment.
•Requires outstanding communication abilities and the ability to operate with the highest level of diplomacy.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
•Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
