Academic Advisor II in Main Campus - Academic Toledo, OH
This intermediate level role serves as the primary advisor to all academic programs assigned to them. They are to provide quality student customer service and academic advising for all enrolled students. Services provided can include but not limited to: Advising, career planning, mock interviews, test prep options, application essays, letters of recommendation, GPA assessments, plans of study, student record reviews, curriculum & program planning, progression & graduation, course registration, reviewing of transcripts, advocacy toward resolution of academic problems/concerns, participation in orientation events and other student activities as needed. This level takes on more complex cases and works closely with college leaders on their needs with little supervision.
