Evaluate prospects for RF/annual gifts/ Rocket Fund Legacy/ President’s Club/ Leadership level gifts. Assist in the management and coordination of the department’s premium seating programs. Basketball/ Savage Arena: Sale of Men’s and Women’s basketball premium seat opportunities including Suite, Loge, Club, courtside and lower bowl premium seating inventory. Football/Glass Bowl: Sale of Glass Bowl Suite, Stadium Club and outside premium seating inventory • Identify prospects. Work in collaboration with the Aspire group on the assignment of prospect calls/visits. Track and direct all activity with the assistance of the ticket office and ticket system, as well as the UT Foundation with the assistance of the gift processing. Emphasis is on the growth of premium seating revenue and ticket counts, generating new business. • Maintain a prospect pool of mid-level special/major gift prospects ($1K-$25K range). Identify, cultivate, solicit, close and steward these prospects. In collaboration with Assoc.. A.D. and Deputy A.D. work on prospect identification and discovery calls/visits.
