Under the general direction of the Principal Investigator, the Senior Research Associate serves as an independent researcher using state-of-the-art proteomics capabilities to investigate the pathogenesis of disease within a multi-scholar research environment. Occupational Therapy AFWC, Faculty Position in Main Campus - Academic
The Occupational Therapy Doctoral (OTD) Program at the University of Toledo is pleased to announce the opening for an Academic Fieldwork Coordinator (AFWC). This position is a 12-month, Assistant/Associate clinical faculty tenure-track appointment. The program offers a pre-professional, entry-level doctorate degree. It is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE). It admits 20 students per cohort. Coursework is mostly taught in a face-to-face format. We are seeking an enthusiastic faculty member to be responsible for the fieldwork program. Primary responsibilities are to plan, organize, and monitor the implementation of Level I and Level II fieldwork experiences, ensuring they comply with standards established by ACOTE and resonate with the OTD program’s curriculum design. The OTD program has excellent relationships with clinical sites, often receiving preferential placement for students. The AFWC teaches a course series in professional development that prepares students for Fieldwork. They also teach a course within their clinical expertise, advise students in individualized projects, engage in scholarship aligned with their interest, and coordinate admissions.
