The Sterile Processing Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and daily operations of the Sterile Processing Department, ensuring the highest standards of instrument decontamination, sterilization, and distribution in support of surgical and procedural services. The Sterile Processing Manager is accountable for regulatory readiness, adherence to AAMI and infection prevention standards, and maintaining a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
