Expectations include teaching medical student, PA students, residents, APPS and nurses. The University of Toledo is an ACS-verified Level II Trauma Center. The Trauma Medical Director provides direction and supervision of the clinical components of the Trauma program including personnel. Supervises the care provided to patients admitted to the Trauma service and actively participates in the development and implementation of the trauma service treatment protocols, policies, procedures and objectives.
