Responsibilities include assisting with travel coordination, securing visas, arranging housing placements, and managing transportation during their visits. This position will provide administrative and operational support to both the Director of Immersive and Simulation-Based Learning and the Senior Associate Dean of Simulation and Innovation, contributing to strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
