Job Description:
The postdoctoral fellow will participate in NIH grant-funded cancer research projects specifically aiming to improve the treatment efficacy of cancer therapy. Ph.D. or MD degree is required. Work experience with mice is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Ph.D. or MD degree in biomedical sciences is required
• Hands-on experience with animal studies, required
• Practical familiarity with standard cell culture, PCR, western blotting, immunohistochemical analysis, required.
• Self-motivated to carry out research projects and pursue career development, required
• Work independently after one year of postdoctoral training, required
• Willingness to write a postdoctoral fellowship grant, required
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, are required
• Ability to work cooperatively with a multidisciplinary research team, required
• Ability to perform experiments with initiative and independence, under general guidance from the PI, required
