This position will coordinate activities and operations and perform work in support of the UToledo Edward Schmidt School of Professional Sales (ESSPS). 1. Prepare and reconcile monthly budgets, P-card allocations, and payment requisitions (university and foundation accounts) 2. Prepare, setup, run, cleanup, and follow-up after events/interactions with various vendors, colleagues, student volunteers, guests (student, corporate, faculty/staff, high school), etc 3. Coordinate, plan, and schedule appointments and itineraries; reply to or route inquires as appropriate; make reservations and handle catering for meetings, events, workshops, and conferences; and make travel arrangements for staff 4. Create, record, admin/host, and edit web cast presentations and/or web meetings for role playing, trainings, events, etc 5. Perform a wide variety of data entry utilizing various software; check and review data for completeness and conformance with established processes and procedures 6. Update and create marketing for various online social platforms, email, flyers, etc 7. Order and organize materials for office operations and events 8. Pathologists' Assistant/Instructor in Health Science Campus College Toledo, OH
This position serves as the Educational Coordinator of the Pathologists' Assistant Program and is responsible for assisting the Program Director in the organization, development, planning and general effectiveness of the Pathologists' Assistant program. In addition, this individual assists in the performance of surgical pathology and autopsy services and is able to work independently when performing professional duties associated with the preparation, performance, and completion of autopsies, and examination and/or preparations of the surgical pathology specimens, with general supervision of a pathologist. Minimum Qualifications: • Graduate of a NAACLS-accredited (AAPA approved prior to 1995) Pathologists' Assistant educational program with an advanced degree (masters or doctoral) • Currently holds ASCP-BOC or ASCPi-BOC certification as a Pathologists' Assistant Preferred Qualifications: • Has practical knowledge of educational methods, and current accreditation and certification procedures
