The Transplant Manager serves as a clinician and clinical manager for the organ transplant program, potential and actual recipients of transplants as well as living donor candidates. Promotes Patient Safety by assisting in the development of departmental policies, developing, and maintaining Quality Improvement in the Transplant and Living Donor programs as well as participating in all UNOS, CMS ODH, Joint Commission requirements, audits, reports, and process changes.
