The Contract and Compliance Review Specialist drafts and negotiates incoming and outgoing contracts and subcontracts for all sponsored projects from sponsors (external funding sources); monitors and documents sub-recipient risk and activity; and completes reporting as required (i.e., Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act “FFATA”).
