The Executive Assistant II for the Division of Student Affairs plays a critical role in supporting executive-level operations. This position manages both the day-to-day schedule and long-term calendar for the division leader; prepares and gathers high volumes of meeting and briefing materials in collaboration with colleagues across campus; and independently initiates or responds to correspondence on behalf of the executive with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities also include tracking and completing action items, coordinating travel logistics, managing routine office operations, and serving as a key ambassador for the office. Often the first point of contact for senior administrators, trustees, donors, volunteers, and other high-profile constituencies, the Executive Assistant II ensures professionalism and discretion at all times. The role provides analytical support, project coordination, and oversight of support staff, while navigating highly sensitive information with sound judgment. Building strong working relationships across the university is essential to anticipating and resolving both routine and complex matters efficiently and diplomatically.
