A position is available for a postdoctoral fellow to perform translational biomedical research studies (50% effort) and assist in teaching data science course and content (50% effort). Research experience may be in silico (data science, biomedical informatics, or clinical informatics) or wet laboratory focused. Experience as a user of bioinformatics is desirable. Successful applicants will also have a strong background in writing, publishing manuscripts, and contributing to grant applications, as well as teaching experience. The overarching goal for this position is for a 2-3 year postdoctoral position with transition to faculty status.
