A Research Assistant position is available in the DePoy lab to aid in our work investigating the role of circadian rhythms in animal models of psychiatric disorders, specifically substance use. A position is available for a postdoctoral fellow to perform translational biomedical research studies (50% effort) and assist in teaching data science course and content (50% effort). Research experience may be in silico (data science, biomedical informatics, or clinical informatics) or wet laboratory focused. Experience as a user of bioinformatics is desirable. Successful applicants will also have a strong background in writing, publishing manuscripts, and contributing to grant applications, as well as teaching experience.
