This position will be responsible for overseeing and supporting call center agents. The primary goal will be to oversee daily operations, monitor performance goals, and ensure consistent service quality. This position will be responsible for tracking call center metrics and providing regular updates. This position will also occasionally complete daily call center operations, including making outbound calls primarily to previously enrolled UToledo students, and additional call needs of the university as assigned.
