The Clinical Pharmacist-Solid Organ Transplant at The University of Toledo Medical Center (UTMC) works closely within the multidisciplinary team as the medication expert aiding in managing the complex pharmacotherapy regimens of solid organ transplant recipients in both the acute care and ambulatory care settings.
