Reporting to the Director, this position will assist in the daily operation and functioning of the office which resides in the Center for Advocacy and Student Experience (CASE) . This position will be responsible for assisting in the resolution of complaints of alleged violations of the Student Code of Conduct, serving as an Administrative Hearing Officer, investigating student and student group/organization misconduct, and providing advocacy for students experiencing varying levels of crisis. This position will also be responsible for developing and executing office outreach and programming, collaborating with other areas across campus, assisting with the training of University Hearing Officers and Hearing Boards, and working with the Director to develop and advance a Conflict Resolution Program. This position will also be responsible for preparing materials for hearings, generating reports/data using the conduct database, and serving on University and Divisional committees.
