Job Description:
The Nurse Leader provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, team accountability, and continuous improvement across the department. This role serves as a clinical and operational resource, supporting staff, providers, and patients.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Current Ohio RN license required
• Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience or charge nurse experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare-related field
• National certification (e.g., CNML, NE-BC, or specialty certification)
• Experience in the specific service area (e.g., perioperative, endoscopy)
• Prior experience with performance improvement, regulatory readiness, or staff development
