Job Description:

This position is needed to develop/refine tools for protein structural data analysis, assist data generation and analysis from all type of sources including Molecular Dynamics simulations and public health databases. Activities also include: work and train other group members in data collection and analysis, computer administration.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or relates area required.
2. Master’s Degree in above discipline(s) preferred
3. Comfortable working with Linux OS. Fluent in program languages such as C, C++, python and etc.
4. Work experience in parallel computing.

1. Computer skills with knowledge of data analysis.
2. Ability to communicate effectively in English with co-workers.
3. Must write in clear scientifically acceptable language. Maintains a professional image and standard of behavior.
