he primary purpose of this position is to promote the advancement of the education of health professionals in an advanced interdisciplinary, immersive clinical simulation center. The center incorporates three levels of advanced medical simulation models, including low, medium, and high fidelity including: human patient simulators, surgical simulation, minimally invasive surgical simulation, progressive anatomy environment, and 3-D and virtual reality simulation. This position provides the liaison and training to students, physicians, nurses, staff, faculty, and other healthcare disciplines that are necessary to forward the incorporation of clinical simulation into the curriculum of health professionals.
